I am a dedicated and conscientious support worker with just over 2 and a half years experience working with adults with learning disabilities. I provide support to those that are unable to carry out everyday tasks independently.Most of the clients I support live in supported living, i have developed a good professional relationship with the cilents i support. And i support them with their daily routine and to appointments and social activities. I would like to extend my experience by working with Children with clinical needs.
