Hello. My name is Kate and I am 39 years old. I have been in the care industry for 5 years now working as a Care Assistant and I love it. It makes me happy to know that my help improves the quality of daily lives for those I care for and brings smiles to their faces. I am passionate about my job and treat people the same way I want to be treated. Although I am finalising my French Law degree, I successfully completed Moving and Handling, First Aid and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults. I can assist with general help, personal care, light housekeeping and laundry, shopping, helping with day to day chores, attending appointments, assisting with medication, food preparation, basic gardening and daily walks or nail care. I am also happy to look after animals, especially dogs. I am a friendly person, who really enjoys meeting and working with different people. I am trustworthy and caring by nature, and as a highly motivated carer, I always do my very best to fulfil the needs of individual clients. Those who know me say that I am enthusiastic, hard-working, responsible, warm and caring human being that mixes easily. I am a mother of four beautiful children and we live in Reading.
